Myers Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality assessment designed to identify certain psychological differences according to the typological theories of Carl Gustav Jung. In a similar way to left or right handedness, the principle is that individuals are either born with, or develop, certain ways of thinking and acting. The MBTI endeavours to sort some of these psychological differences into four opposite pairs, or "dichotomies", with a resulting 16 possible broad psychological types.

Harrison Assessment

Harrison integrates six key behavioral assessments into one comprehensive instrument. (Values Inventory; Interest Inventory; Task Preferences Inventory; Personal Honesty Assessment; Work Environment Preferences Personality/Motivation Assessment)

It measures a person’s suitability to specific careers, meaning their attitudes, motivations, interpersonal and decision-making skills, task and work environment preferences, as well as personality balance.

Human Pattern Personality Assessment Tool

Human Patterns is a sound personality assessment instrument which incorporates a huge amount of theories and models in one utilitarian and heuristic tool for investigating the personality traits. The instrument looks at a variety of areas of personal, interpersonal, occupational and organizational preferences and interests. A further breakdown includes Group Roles, Group Styles, Group Relations, Management Styles, Organization Roles, Listening Styles, Values, Fears and Dislikes, Leadership, Communication Styles, Reaction to Confrontation, Defenses, Occupational Interest, Management and Supervision and Human Concerns.

AMA DISC is the four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D. (1893 - 1947) to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation. The instrument classifies four aspects of behavior by testing a person's preferences in word associations.

  • Dominant - relating to task focused assertiveness
  • Influencer - relating to one-one influencing skill sets
  • Suppportive - relating to one-many team building skills
  • Contemplative - relating to data focused excellence
