Why choose coaching for your senior managers?
Your people and their coach become a team, focusing on specific goals they will consistently strive to achieve. They do this by ‘thinking bigger’ and getting the job done. This is due to the accountability that the coach provides.
How it works
At the initial session managers complete a psychometric survey and receive coached feedback on the results. This will help them to understand their strengths and development areas.
They will then meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly with their coach for 1 hour to:
- Review the actions they committed to taking from the last session
- Focus on what they want to achieve in the coming week or weeks
- Work with their coach to find the best solutions to the issue / challenges
- Put together a plan of action
- Discuss any problems that could come up with the actions they plan to take and figure out how to deal with them
They will also:
- Extract useful advice from their coach
- Use their coach as a sounding board
- Use the coach to learn a new skill such as negotiation or how to plan their time.
