CORPORATE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT: Where a charity / NGO & a Corporate (business) organisation are brought together in group learning experiences.

CSD events and programs enable organisations to utilise training budgets to develop their people and create tangible CSR stories at the same time.

Reality Team Building

Teams are faced with a challenging project to complete in 24 hours. The challenge is designed to make a significant difference to a charity / NGO or community organisation.

These events create:

  • A permanent sustainable bond between participants through the sharing of a truly meaningful experience.
  • A shared experience that builds long term internal relationships and breaks down barriers.
  • A morale boost
  • Corporate Social Responsibility stories that can be shared internally and externally
  • A boost to organizational profile and brand
  • A specific outcome that will make a significant sustainable difference to both the Charity and the "Corporate"
