12 MONTH FACILITATED, MODULAR, ACTION LEARNING PROGRAM

ACCREDITED BY DUKE UNIVERSITY IN USA.

The program is generally delivered through four learning events (Summits) each 3 days in duration over a 12 month period.

At these Summits the participants experientially learn subject matter, then practice the learning in the workplace between events (utilising learning buddy groups and individual or group coaching) and report on their learning to share the knowledge gained with the whole group at subsequent events.
